Basil Pad Thai
Vegan Pad Thai Sauce with Basil: A big bunch of basil, the juice 2 limes, hemp seeds, sea salt, olive oil, fresh ginger, and a small amount of shallot. Blend in a high-speed blender.
For a nice presentation: line the serving bowl with frisée lettuce, top with raw kelp noodles. Pour the blended green basil pad thai sauce on top. Add shredded carrots and crushed raw walnuts.
This is a healthful pad thai. The basil is delicious and it’s totally good for you! All raw.
