What’s for Breakfast? health-promoting goodness.
Oat bran is high in fiber. It’s a great way to start the day. Add some high-antioxidant foods and “Wow!” Do you ever have a wonderful (and powerful!) breakfast to wake up to. Seriously this couldn’t be simpler, and it takes all of one minute to make.
Oat bran, oat milk, carob, cardamom, vanilla, stevia, Himalayan pink salt.


I often eat oatmeal. Is oat bran much different? Great post!
I like both. Oat bran has more fiber and maybe a slightly higher nutritional profile (nutrition tends to be in the skin/peel of food and the bran is the outer casing of the oat groat.), but if you are eating either that’s really really awesome.
