Organic Buckwheat
Organic buckwheat groats with organic olive oil and Himalayan pink salt. This is so tasty, satisfying and good! Simply boil the buckwheat groat for 10-12 minutes, strain excess water and season with salt and olive oil. It’s good to vary your intake of carbs. Buckwheat groats are delicious.
Serve piping hot and make sure you are using a high quality olive oil! Buckwheat groats have a nutty, whole food flavor. Buckwheat groats are a great side to accompany greens, such as kale and broccoli.
