So, I like MOMs because they have more superfoods/raw dehydrated vegan health-type foods than Whole Foods Market. This food in the picture above is actually the premade/prepackaged stuff they have, which I simply plated together. Yummy yummy.
I’ll be posting more recipes with the other ingredients I got there today including cocoa nibs, Lydia’s raw sunflower seed bread, etc.!
But anyway, here is the ingredients list:
*Stuffed Grape Leaves: grape leaves, rice, chickpeas, crushed tomatoes, parsley, onions, dry mint, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper.
*Gigandes Beans in Vinaigrette: giant white beans, soybean oil, white vinegar, onions, green pepper strips, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, parsley, black pepper.
With a little time and creativity we could probably make these ourselves. My next mission is to make stuffed grape leaves with either brown rice and/or quinoa!
