This matcha latte is made from organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk, organic coconut crystals, and high-quality organic matcha blended together in a high speed blender. The key here is high quality matcha. The reason for this is because the textural (and flavor) elements brought by quality matcha: it gets to be almost “creamy”. Also, do not be afraid to add a fair amount of the coconut crystals. The matcha is so powerful (you only need a little bit – 0.5 tablespoon is a lot), that the sugar does not overpower it. Low-Glycemic treat! Enjoy.
