      Hi Nika, The sour cream and taco meat are from SimplyRaw Kitchen (great vegan recipe book), and the rest is just good quality knife work and attention to detail for the quality of salad ingredients. I’d suggest buying SimplyRaw Kitchen, it’s full of delightful recipes. FYI, the “meat” recipe (pulsed until crumbly in a food processor) is: 2 cups dehydrated sprouted walnuts, 1 tbsp tamari, 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder (I used fresh garlic), 2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp ground coriander, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp ground chipotle or chili powder (I used chili), dash of black pepper, 1 tbsp olive oil, Himalayan salt to taste & the “sour cream” recipe (blended, and allow to set in refrigerator) is: 1 cup soaked cashews, 1/2 cup purified water, 1.5 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt. ENJOY!
