Seasonal Green Smoothie With Vega One Shake and Pumpkin Spice

I tried vega one chocolate shake and with was delicious with greens. I make an organic hemp-brazil nut milk and made a smoothie with granola, lots of greens and vega one shake. It was a superfood shake which acted as a good snack (or “meal replacement”).

Add some berries for beauty (I have mixed berries of blueberry, raspberry, blackberry and strawberry). I added hemp protein powder (for that “boost”)… And covered it in flax milk (my new favorite unsweetened vegan milk). Also: kale.

Good Morning Green Smoothie

This is what you drink after returning from hot yoga after getting up at 6 am to do so.

(This could also be called “Green Smoothie #2″, because “Green Smoothie #1″ is what I had BEFORE going to hot yoga. It simply included baby spinach, almond milk, and a banana.)

Good Morning Green Smoothie:

Blend organic flax seeds and organic hemp seeds with water. Use unstrained seedmilk as base for smoothie.
Add organic baby spinach, organic kale, organic parsley, fresh organic turmeric root.
Add frozen organic mango.
