Feeling Exhausted?

Try this smoothie:

It’s sure to add some Light to your life (the secret is greens).

Add some berries for beauty (I have mixed berries of blueberry, raspberry, blackberry and strawberry). I added hemp protein powder (for that “boost”)… And covered it in flax milk (my new favorite unsweetened vegan milk). Also: kale.

Add a hidden serving of raw cocao nibs, and blend away.
This magic can not be made on an ordinary blender… This smoothie is why I love the Vitamix.

Smoothie recipe: mixed berries, hemp protein powder, flax milk, kale, raw cacao.

Deep Detox Smoothie

Whole organic lemon, organic cayenne pepper, organic turmeric, Himalayan salt.


Deep red kale. (Living foods for the living body).
Detox, Kale Smoothie.


Two heaping teaspoonsfull spirulina.

*THE PRASAD*, upgraded.
Three cloves.

Purified water.
Warm (room temp) Kale Detox Soup.

Lemon wedge.

Good Morning Green Smoothie

This is what you drink after returning from hot yoga after getting up at 6 am to do so.

(This could also be called “Green Smoothie #2″, because “Green Smoothie #1″ is what I had BEFORE going to hot yoga. It simply included baby spinach, almond milk, and a banana.)

Good Morning Green Smoothie:

Blend organic flax seeds and organic hemp seeds with water. Use unstrained seedmilk as base for smoothie.
Add organic baby spinach, organic kale, organic parsley, fresh organic turmeric root.
Add frozen organic mango.
