The Squeeze NYC

The Squeeze from NYC sent me a whole bunch of awesome products- including green juice and raw food granola delivered to my door in Washington DC.

The Squeeze is a REALLY REAL juice bar- no processing, no hpp, 100% raw.

The names of their product are so cute! (“The Jeans I Wore In High School”)

I loved the cheesy Nacho Kale Almonds, and of course – the Green Juice!

The Squeeze delivers. Their quality is great and their prices are good.

How To Eat #Vegan On A Budget (Organic, Plant-Based, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Raw Living Foods)

I went out to the store this evening and came back home with quite the haul.

I was able to find lots of high-quality, nutrient-dense, vegan foods. All for a total of about $70. This will last me probably 4 days… so at less than $20/day this is pretty high quality stuff. Check out the video to see some of the products I bought (including NuttZo Butter,¬†Mary’s Gone Crackers Jalapeno, Raw (Superfood) Trail Mix, and Go Raw Granola Bars):

Keep Healthy!

Here’s an idea…

Save the parts from greens that you might otherwise discard, get yourself a Green Star Juicer and make juice!

It’s cheaper than buying a $10 bottle of juice; that’s for sure! :D

About Green Star Juicer:

Independent laboratory tests confirm that the Green Star‘s Twin Gear Press extracts a substantially higher quantity of minerals than “leading” juicers. Concentrations of essential minerals, like calcium, iron, and zinc are 50%-200% higher in juice from the Green Star than from other name brands juicers. Now, your commitment to drinking raw juice can really begin to pay off!
