How To Eat #Vegan On A Budget (Organic, Plant-Based, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, Raw Living Foods)

I went out to the store this evening and came back home with quite the haul.

I was able to find lots of high-quality, nutrient-dense, vegan foods. All for a total of about $70. This will last me probably 4 days… so at less than $20/day this is pretty high quality stuff. How To Eat Healthy at Work and While Traveling

Tomorrow I am getting up for a long day at work, and then I am traveling on a train for 5 hours, from Chicago to Detroit. I will wake up at 5:25am and will get to Michigan at 1am. Needless to say: LONG DAY.

How will I stay healthy, focused and energized for this long day?

I will also be drinking lots of water, as well as mostly likely a fair share of organic green tea. (by fair share I mean, probably about a liter or more over the course of the day!).

Will definitely be carrying a bag of raw, sprouted, dehydrated almonds with me, too (forgot to mention that – I love the ones by “Living Intentions“, they are an awesome, healthy snack!).
