I went to The Lunch Room in Ann Arbor. The seemed like the “best” vegan restaurant in town (after doing a Foursquare and Yelp search). I was looking for somewhere with good food, but also relatively healthy. I found them on social media, because they have good looking fan-posted images and their reviews overall seemed positive.
Tomorrow I am getting up for a long day at work, and then I am traveling on a train for 5 hours, from Chicago to Detroit. I will wake up at 5:25am and will get to Michigan at 1am. Needless to say: LONG DAY.

I went to the Dupont Circle farmers market today and bought some fresh kale. I made a raw kale salad with kale, apple cider vinegar, hemp seeds, olive oil, munchi curry, and himalayan salt. 100% Organic. The organic kale greens are from Sunnyside Organic Farm. It feels great to eat food from a farmer I’ve met.
