Soy protein and other substances are commonly used to make meat substitutes. These dishes are appealing to vegetarians and those seeking to benefit from soy’s numerous health benefits. It is possible to make soy protein products that taste like meat. Soy protein products naturally flavoured to taste like beef, hog, chicken, or even fish are available.
